Levion Workforce Management SMS Terms

What are your mobile terms?

When you provide us with your mobile phone number and opt in to the Levion Text Alerts program, you agree that Levion Workforce Management may send you SMS or MMS messages to that phone number.

  • Message frequency may vary based on staffing needs.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • You may receive a confirmation message and may need to reply to complete registration.

  • Text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time.

  • You agree to receive a final message confirming your opt-out.

  • Texts may be sent through an automatic telephone dialing system.

  • Consent is not required as a condition of employment or service.

  • Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your mobile carrier may prohibit or restrict certain features, and some features may not be compatible with all devices or carriers. Contact your carrier with any questions regarding these issues.

What can I expect to receive?

By opting in, you agree to receive communications from Levion Workforce Management via text message (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These may include:

  • Shift confirmations

  • Cancellations or changes

  • Open shift availability and coverage requests

  • General staffing updates

How do I sign up?

You can sign up through one of the following ways:

  • Text “START” to 732-696-3770

  • Onboarding Forms: During employment onboarding, you may sign a consent clause authorizing text communications

  • Verbal Consent: Given during staffing calls or in-person with our scheduling team

You will receive a confirmation message when you opt in.

How do I opt out?

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to 732-696-3770.
You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
To rejoin, simply text START again or re-consent via onboarding.

Will I be charged?

Levion will never charge you for receiving SMS messages, but message and data rates may apply.
Message frequency may vary.
