• Consent is not required as a condition of employment or service.
• You may sign up by texting START to 732-696-3770, through onboarding forms, or by providing verbal consent to our scheduling team.
• Your mobile carrier may prohibit or restrict certain features. Contact your carrier with any questions. Neither Levion nor wireless carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
